Welcome, Tori!

Tori grew up living between the Great Lakes and Pacific Northwest regions, where the enchantment of both places sparked a natural curiosity for exploration and an affinity for the outdoors. While studying Urban and Environmental Planning and minoring in Sustainability at Arizona State University, she had the opportunity to delve into the delicate balance between the built environment and the natural world. She returned to Michigan and began a career serving various communities in the public sector before being drawn to the world of conservation.

Now based in northern Michigan with her husband, Devin, Tori enjoys exploring the area’s year-round natural bounty. Whether hiking and foraging in the forests, skiing the winter slopes, or floating, canoeing, and swimming in the nearby waterways, she is always immersed in the beauty of northern Michigan’s surroundings.
